The Better English Box Set

This is the better English box set from penguin books. It contains 5 books that each contain information about the english language supplying the reader with English Cliches and Old English proverbs. The design of this Box Set is good because it highlights traditional times. The colour combinations are very simplistic and the typeface futura also suggests the a modern traditionalist approach to the english language and its roots. 

I think that it is important to think minimalist when designing a box set because this allows the books to become part of a set with greater and ease and too greater effect rather than having a complicated design that alienates the books from each other.
