This menus have all been been designed with a skinny and tall format. This is the kind of style I want to achieve with my designs. It would work because the tables are fairly small so the amount of space taken up by the menu would be minimal.
I also think the format looks more traditional and professional than others I have researched. I would also like the menus to be designed so that they are able to stand up on their own accord.
