This post shows how I have experimented with the border dividers. As you can see the borders could work on the menus but the menu layout needs to be changed before they can have a good effect. At the moment the width of the text is too wide. This needs to be made narrower so that the borders can work.
I also like the idea of having some border around the title. but again some formatting needs to take place before this can happen.
