Belly Band Design

This design is for the belly band which will keep all the books together. I wanted the design to be fairly minimal and to also have and old style 1950's science fiction theme, as most of the books were from this era.

These are the final designs for the from of the bellyband.

I Chose a condensed typeface called Bebas Neue.

I decided to crop photos of the authors from each of the books and put the on the back of the bellyband. I think this gives the overall bellyband its contents of the book a professional touch and gives the project a heightened realism
