This idea looks at a flow chart idea to communicate the story of electronic music. This information will spread over several posters that will then be used to promote an electronic music event.
This design or one similar can the be spread through other formats and products that will relate to the festival.
The research that I have collected so far highlights the key events in the birth of electronic music and its early instrumental creations and texts from people of the time.
This information will form an attractive narrative for the brief.

To highlight a similar point within the information I have drawn in an arrow that runs between them.
As the time line increase texts can be added from people writing about the changing times. this has been done here by adding a quote from an author.
The arrow creates a different flow and adds dep. Here, i decided to curve the arrow around so that it hold the similar info together.
This is a good effect and is something that I am keen on continuing throughout the range.
To give the image more depth I added a photo of an instrument of the time.
This combined with the different types of the information displayed will make for a very interesting piece of work and a range that could work well together.
After the poster is completed I will experimenting with different layouts and colours.
